Sales Executive Job Description – Indiansbiz

Job Role:

    • Promote the Indiansbiz mobile app to businesses and users.
    • Identify and onboard Indian businesses to the platform.
    • Provide app demonstrations and explain its benefits to potential vendors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and customers.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct field visits and meet business owners in person.
    • Use online and offline channels to generate leads.
    • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Collect feedback from users and vendors to improve the platform.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
    • Familiarity with Indian business culture and the Malaysian Indian community.
    • Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
