Sales Executive Job Description – Indiansbiz
Job Role:
- Promote the Indiansbiz mobile app to businesses and users.
- Identify and onboard Indian businesses to the platform.
- Provide app demonstrations and explain its benefits to potential vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits and meet business owners in person.
- Use online and offline channels to generate leads.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collect feedback from users and vendors to improve the platform.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Indian business culture and the Malaysian Indian community.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
